Emphasis on the “strippers.”

Hope you’re enjoying EWR today! I somehow manage to miss all the fun

It’s been luxurious. I sat down literally 2 min before they closed the airport.

First I heard it skidded off the runway though. We heard it blew a tire on landing and subsequently caused damage to the nose gear. Airport was closed for about 2 hours. Started running again about 45 min ago.

Nah, was taxiing out in Milwaukee. I guess it's one of the nicknames for the city. Luckily I haven't been subjected to too much east coast stuff in a while.

Apparently it's called the Cream City because buildings made of cream-colored brick are common there. They're made of cream colored clay found in southeastern Wisconsin, and are common in a lot of cities on the west shore of Lake Michigan. Oddly enough I'd never heard that nickname even though I'm from Wisconsin (albeit not MKE).

AJI in Houston is Screamer. They were rocking Screamer 69 for a while for their medevac.
They’re a medivac service I believe.

We have swa6969 that’s been coming In regularly lately.

Last week I worked a guy who’s call sign was Rodney. I can’t remember the identifier though

It is the nickname for the city. Not based on all the state's dairy production, but based on the color of the bricks used in construction of most of the city's early buildings. Not the typical red brick, but cream colored brick.

Skyway was almost “BrewCity”

Almost all the breweries that made Milwaukee famous were built with cream city brick. ;)
