Well after 40 years of dreaming, I finally passed my 121 initial checkride and I can say I'm finally an ATP. IOE begins Saturday. Still hasn't hit me.

Thanks everyone. Did my first IOE trip and it went well; the whole time it was hard to believe it was real. I forgot to ask how to log the flight time. Is it block time from my schedule? Do you convert this to decimal hours like gen. av? thanks

Whatever the actual (not scheduled) block ends up being, I just log it to the tenth of the hour.
