Never flown on Jetblue, before joining the industry I would always choose Delta if the price would work. They seemed to have the best customer service out of all the “majors”. I flew American once and was not impressed, but that’s a small sample size

I also fly JetBlue whenever I can even if it’s more expensive. I’ve had nothing but excellent service and comfortable flights with them.

Agree 110%. Delta a very close 2nd. I’ve never had one single issue with either. My only reason for JB in my number 1 is their non stop to IAD.

JetBlue product is pretty good, but I feel DL is better in some regards. JB operations and on-time performance is absolutely horrendous!

My airline has those stats, but I push back when I and the entire crew is ready. The DOT numbers can KMA.
