Atlas/Polar hiring

Any idea how this is going to work? Different days, different airlines? 3 comp checks, 3 annual recurrent classes, 3 sets of policies and procedures?

Atlas and Southern share the same Dispatch manuals with reference to all aircraft types in all the manuals.

I’m just a pilot and have very little insight into your guys side of the business, but we fly two out of the three certificates right now. They just made all the procedures the same no matter who you’re flying for.

Do you fly for both airlines? One pro check covers both?

Thanks for the info. I'm from the Cincy area, so the job sounds intriguing. The idea of keeping track of how three airlines want things done (if you're expected to float between them), not so much.

Right now each airline operates separately. All the company policies and procedures are identical for each airline.
