Im not sure the SWA wannabe is necessarily douchey. I think he's just from a younger generation. If you don't really watch the videos, it's not a bad way to promote yourself. SWA loves employees like this guy. If I was a hiring manager I would certainly give him an interview. Would I do up a website and multiple videos? Hell no, but only because I absolutely hate photos and videos of me. Plus the attention would make me insane. I love my privacy. I hope the guy gets hired.

If you're in a pool to get hired by SWA, why on earth would you go on reality TV to become TV famous and ruin your career? I don't know why anyone wants to be internet or TV famous in this industry. I'm not quite sure how that helps you get a job at the top or even keep your job at the top.
