Aerocoast Jetpack I

I don't. (You didn't ask but I just bought this one and I really like it.)

The one you linked looks nice, not sure I would ever use it as a backpack so that might cause me to not purchase it.

Thanks! I’ve looked at that one too and it’s on my list. And I wouldn’t use the jetpack as a backpack either, but it seems to meet all my needs.

I looked at a bunch before buying one.

The contrail bags were too briefcase like for me, they were available in the CP's office and honestly I didn't really like them that much. Plus $$.

I first bought the Aerocoast cooler EFB and the cooler was too small and the rest of the bag just wasn't set up well for what I like.

I ended up with this one

and after repurposing the larger back section as a cooler I absolutely love it. I double bag with two of the catering plastic bags and place food inside. To clean it all I have to do is swap the bags. The rest of the bag is set up fairly well for my use and while larger than the eBags cooler I had before (which I really liked the setup and pockets on) it was the next best thing and holds quite a bit more food.

My overall impression of Aerocoast is excellent, I would buy another of their products again after using mine for over a year. It has held up really well.

I've tried all sorts of different bags, but I keep coming back to the tried and tried duffel.

LW makes one, strong bags makes one. I keep my company iPad in a pelican case, toss in my laptop and whatever else I need at work and the commute.

It's really been the easiest solution out there.

Booooo!
They shouldn’t be allowed to use an awesome name like that for a boring lump that carries clothing and toiletries.

I’m going to be commuting and I’m trying cut down on how many bags I have. Right now I use the big LW cooler plus the old school kitbag. Looking for something that can double as a cooler (to pack lunches plus 2-3 dinners) and an EFB bag. I looked at the aero coast cooler plus EFB, but it seems a bit too big. Any suggestions?

Yes. Get the one I linked to up above. The EFB cooler had a lot of wasted space.

I’ve had all the coolers (travel pro, strong bags, ebags) and my favorite by far is the aero coast pro crew cooler 2. Coolers big enough (i can fit 12 meals in ziploc bags with ice sheets and a serving dish) and put the iPad in the back pocket. Chargers, portable battery, sunglasses, etc go in the front pockets with protein bars, snacks, silverware etc in the top pocket.

I had one for almost 2 years and just bought another one.

Can I ask what you don’t like about the LW cube? I have the older LW “EFB” bag and its a little big for me now, it was designed to carry a laptop. Thinking about the cube but hadn’t heard any reviews.

I don’t like the set up of the bag. Not enough smaller individual compartments for my taste. All my stuff gets mixed up in the three larger compartments. The smaller compartment on the front isn’t versatile enough for me.

I am heavily considering this one. Would a DC Pro X headset fit in the top do you think?

Hmm idk. If it did it’d be pretty tight. The top isn’t that that deep. Maybe a few inches.
