Anybody have the latest on this company in Billings, MT? Information is very tough to find on it, and the info that is available is dated. Anyone ever fly for them? Was curious about them. I'm thinking of going to one of the feeders to have more of a set schedule so I can finish up my degree. Goal is to eventually go 121.

Do you know anything else about them? Did you fly for them?

I don't work for them but I know they fly the Cessna Caravan, I believe they are G1000 equipped with TKS anti ice equipment. I don't have info on pay or schedules as they vary by location. Oh and they are limited to 40 kts of wind per company rules I have heard.....so yes there are quite a few no fly days in North Dakota due to wind. If you are in Billings try looking up Alpine Air they run the UPS side of things there along with Richland Aviation.

I’ve never not seen them fly as normal out of GFK if the vis was good and the airport was open, even on the windy days.

As a FedEx feeder, I never flew if there was a T'Stirm in NE.
They own the 208's -Premium maintainance and they load and unload

Reason why I'm so curious is that I've always had a desire to live up in that part of the country. I'm looking to hopefully be based somewhere in the mountains. My wife and I someday wanna live in the mountains in a log cabin lol. And plus there's a lot of snow there. As a flight instructor in the south, I'm sick and tired of the heat down here, among other things

We are looking for two pilots at Empire another FedEx feeder for GEG. I can get your resume in front of the hiring team if you want.

The mountains are not as high but they are close. Plenty of log cabins around. I moved here for the same idea. We got close to a foot between yesterday and today. It's not MT but you can see it from here. 100 miles to the Canadian boarder and 30 mins to Idaho.

Sounds great. I'm at around 700 hours right now, business has slowed a little bit unfortunately, so the logbook isn't filling up as fast. Should have all my minimums met by the end of summer next year though.
