United to Buy ExpressJet?

I had a former XJT copilot and a Skywest jumpseater a few weeks ago.

"Soo… umm, do you guys like tacos?"

*crickets*
I said Inc, not airlines because the pilots had nothing to do with what happened. It was the folks up top pulling the strings. I have no I’ll feelings towards Skywest pilots whatsoever, I have many friends over there and I wish them the best.

They had their chance to unionize in 2007. Instead, they chose to be pawns in .Inc's eyes. If they had stood together with ASA/XJT......

Blame the pilots all you want, still yet to meet one that said "hey let's screw all of the XJT guys over!"

Yeah... the last TA... still haven't met anyone that voted yes.

I rocked the 'One List' sticker from day one. The Mormon Air Force would hear none of it sadly.

I have jumpseated on XJT back to Florida quite a few times. I've always been treated cordially, professionally, and politely.

Heard from a XJT LCA this morning UA to buy both XJT and CA. He said he can’t wait for that list integration....

Whether it's XJT and OO, or QX and OO. As pilots we can be our own worst enemies. Nothing peeves me off more than pilot from company A blaming pilot from company B for the hardship of his/her career. We're all doing the same job to make some sort of income, what difference does it make what name is at the top of the paycheck. If that name doesn't match what's on the side of your plane (in big letters) you're no better than that person as we're all apart of outsourcing in the industry...
