Met plenty of yes voters who weren't raving about anything successful, rather just having the mentality take what they can get and move on.:confused: (Not that I agree with that mentality, obviously)

Anyways, somehow these always get dragged about other regionals. I am happy for you all at Endeavor, and really hope you guys can take the majority of new hires over in the upcoming year!

I never run into these vocal guys on the line. The vocal NO guys or the ones that got up in arms about a poll. The funny thing is it was brought up again on the “other forum” after the dust settled, and the reaction was worse than the first time guys heard about it rather than just waiting for more details to come out, IF anything even comes from the poll.

Watching pilots lose their cookies after stimuli is kinda entertaining on a long and lonely five day trip!
 
It'll be interesting to see who follows suit...My guess is EDV is going to be having some pretty full classes for a little while. My shop has been running 2 50ish person classes per month for a few months now. Wonder how long they'll be able to keep those numbers up? EDV's new TA beats us on very many levels.

Besides, battling corporate policy using line pilots is idiotic.

"You can't ride my jumpseat because we don't have enough O2", followed by "Tell your company to give us a flow" to an average line joe, he probably has no idea that SouthernJets owns Endeavor, what an "SSP" is or even what the heck you're talking about.

Most pilots go to work, make the donuts, put on the dad jeans and white New Balance for the layover, drink an IPA at Chilis and ask for the airline discount on the bacon-bacon cheezeburger, show up for van time, rinse, repeat.

Exactly, a few guys know who Endeavor is but most don’t, nor do they care. Most just want to make it through their trip with no shenanigans. Ha, this is the pilots dress code outside of the monkey suit.

Ha! She’s fairly neutral about it. My opinion on it is...how is the Airline’s ELT supposed to know that many of the rank and file controllers don’t support it while their union’s message is that it(supposedly) does. The whole thing is a headscratcher to me. Not that you asked my opinion.:)
