I think phrasing would be appropriate else you'd trigger @Maximillian_Jenius!

Like I said most are fine. But the bad ones are awful. And I most definitely care bc I have to work with them all the time and they will represent a large percentage of our pilot group in a few years.
There should definitely be an interview required before you can flow. The guy I’m currently flying with is a prime example.
Yes it is. I just wrote a little from today...Is it true they weren't taking resumes?
That's disappointing to hear.Yes it is. I just wrote a little from today...
I've always called them Daddy Delta, personally. Not your mama’s job fair! You’re right.... mama would have at least taken a resume. And by mama I assume they’re talking about Delta. Heck, mama scores your application too.
1. 79% of non-flow pilots are "military trained aviators".
2. AA weighs military time heavier than civilian time, including 121 chief pilot and instructor/ check airmen time, in the process.
3. If military aviator, currency is not important, within reason (discussion was 1-2 years riding a desk, it's all good. 4-5 years, go rent a Cessna for a bit)
4. This job fair doesn't count at all in any way for AA.
5. They did not take resumes, which they had originally said they would.
