Victims of plane crash were on flight with company that offers stunt rides

As was mentioned, You usually give 3 tries. :)

Once can be a fluke/accident
Twice can possibly be a coincidence
Three now starts a trend
The only stats that matter are the stats of the insurance actuaries.

I can't imagine these folks were able to get insurance after their second crash. Maybe they were flying without coverage.

That’s a bad move considering they have lost over a half million dollars worth of planes in 2 crashes.

Well, there is big money behind this. There’s no way anyone can afford a bunch of Extra 300s and operate them in the manor they do. I know they fly a lot but it just doesn’t add up without having big money backing them.

Looks like 2/7 of their pilots actually have any experience being the "real fighter pilots" they advertise being. I suppose that makes it about a 28% chance of not being a dubious claim on their part.

I question whether anyone there has actual ACM experience at all. Everyone I know that works there just fly acro as civilians and got hired. Also, all of their sponsored ads have been pulled, and none of the guys I know there have posted a singe thing. I think they are shut down or at least not flying at the moment.

I was just going off the bios listed on the website......dont know anything about the outfit, though I don't know what about it would be appealing to any former fighter types......

OMG I looked at their pilot list and threw up in my mouth at how severely cheesy it is.

Don't put yourself through the misery of watching the forum advertisement quickie video from "Tex". That, on repeat, had me vomiting at about the first second, let alone the auto replay functionality. And he is even the founder it sounds, and one of the 2 actual fighter guys they have. Makes me wonder how hard the civvie aerobatic types were working to play the part, as inaccurate and dangerous one would assume their perception of the "fighter pilot" type would be. If I were a betting man, my bet would be that such a culture might have led to the historical anecdotes/perceptions voiced in this thread, as well as whatever led to these fatal mishaps.

Just the fact that everyone has callsigns makes me want to shoot myself.

Well to your point, the "yea man I am a fighter pilot because I yank and bank an Extra 300" has killed 4 people at that school in the last year. Honestly Mr "Tex" should be in jail. None of those guys hold FAAST cards, only 2 are fighter guys and they are taking civilians and letting them go fly thrill rides with unknowing passengers. As somebody who provides a very similar service at times, this really upsets me. Our old owner of the school was a U2/C-130 guy with literally zero ACM experience, and he wanted to put together an air combat program similar to Air Combat USA with SF260s. Every fighter guy in the area laughed themselves out of the room. I wanted no part of it. We flew one flight as a 2 ship with a Pitts and an Extra to try it, and I will never do it again.
