Is it possible to have too much beer?

I was thinking about it. How much does it cost? It might be a good idea in case of medical stuff.

You'd probably qualify for an accelerated course with your ATP background...which usually involves online learning and then a 2-week residency where you finish the class and take your oral and practical exam. Just glanced at a couple of well-known dispatch school websites and they are charging in the $2500-2700 range. There may be cheaper options if you research it. So - not free, but much cheaper than flight training is.

I can testify that Pat drinks like a dispatcher.

Ya know... I'm finishing off my math degree this spring -what would be cool would be to work on the algorithms that decide routings, or the crew scheduling algorithms.

I do a little bit of crew scheduling right now and it would be very cool to do it algorithmically.
