That has nothing to do with airbus. It's the operators maintenance program that keeps it reliable.

Actually it did as our maintenance program covered our Boeings and McDonold-Douglas planes.

I'll restate and say that me a US citizen coming home to the US involves more BS than most countries I travel to.

Maybe depends on the airport, but I do a dozen of international trips a year and in most cases it takes me about 30 seconds to clear US customs and border.

Most airports that I fly to have both Global Entry and Mobile Passport lanes, I just pick the shorter one.

Out of 40 or so countries I've visited the only comparable experience was in Canada (with Nexus) and in Australia (without anything special, just went to the kiosk, scanned my non-Australian passport, walked out of the terminal)

By far the worst was Russia.
