Does anyone have the number of mandatory retirements per year at AA for the future? Sorry I can’t find it anymore

That’s hopeful. Don’t know what the numbers are for a guy hired today. Someone hired 5 years ago will be (in current numbers) a group 4 (777,787,330) CA in 2028 (16 years). I would think the best time to get hired for seniority progression is right now. Things have been stagnant for a couple of years with the merger. I’m not a AA fanboy at all but the career progression is quick.
That’s not incomeIf you fly 85/month you have to add the $25,000+ in DC. (Profit sharing/perdiem/other random stuff) Puts you at 200k+

Seriously. I find it amusing when people add their 401k and other benefits to come up with their "what they make a year."

Even funnier when they try to add per deim....
When my company put $30,000 in a retirement account with my name on it this year and I didn’t have to do anything what should I call it? I feel like I just made 30K.
That's retirement. That's what you call it. Retirement plans are basically insurance for you when you hit 65 and live longer pass that. That's it. Like medical insurance, dental, vision, it's all basically insurance to cover you when you retire, have a medical issue, tooth issue, or eye problems. Insurance. Not actual pay as far as gross is concerned on the paycheck.

Well, you can make a lot more than 157,000 as a 4 year FO.

As AA has hired older flows quite a bit of those numbers are Eagle guys who are on the bottom 500-1000 of the list, so kinda a let down for those already on property.
The movement is nothing like Delta but at least AA isn’t stagnant like United.
