Well they are working together for the JCBA but since an agreement was not reached with management, it will go to arbitration and we will get an arbitrated award.

I heard @Inverted would be ok with a staple as long as there’s no ties.

SLI wont be a staple because of ALPA merger policy, but our scope will be AT BEST embarrassingly bad (as opposed to having none at all- thanks AS guys)
