Logbook

Since we are on this topic, I've had a few interviews recently. I have the Prosoft Binder.

The binder clip is NOT the same spacing as a standard 3 ring binder, Staples sells a mini 3 hole punch for this particular spacing.

I uploaded my logbook to staples.com I was able to select pastel green paper, and punched the holes myself, easy!

I used the Commander Series Binder for Cirrus Elite

Mine (logbook) came with an Acura and a Browning Hi-Power. The Acura was found in Arizona, the Browning was sold on the street, and the logbook was never recovered.

Logbook is burned or in a landfill...

Kept a logbook until last year, I had just started logbook number 5. I had been keeping a digital logbook also to catch errors/redundancy. They agreed to the tenth of an hour. I sent it over to FedEx Office and had it printed and spiral bound with a plastic cover and back for an interview. I took all five logbooks and the printed log with me, needed a separate bag to carry it all, but It was worth it.

I'd like to transition from my small basic logbook to a larger (professional) paper logbook. The issue I have is that my small book is not full yet. Would there be any issues with job interviews down the road if I stop mid-logbook and transition? The only reason I need to do this is for the extra room logging my multi & commercial training. Has anyone else done this?

I was OCD about filling up my first log book before starting my jep green book. Now I'm hopelessly behind and wishing I started an electronic log book years ago. (But also not very concerned about it)
Stop stressing and start your gosh darned electronic logbook NOW.
