Nowhere close. The issue is that most places require a listening watch on Guard while in flight on Comm 2 and guys forget to flip Ops or ramp, in standby, to the active freq when they get on the ground.

Haha and 90% of ground frequencies are close. But at least I keep ground on comm 1 and guard on comm 2... it's all the other frequencies that I keep on comm 2 that are problematic

I'd be curious how they will figure out who it is. Also, the announcement mentions what the fines can be. Up to ~$19k for a single violation.
