I was updating my resume,etc, etc and i just noticed that my certificate doesn't say instrument privelages for single engine commercial.

Prior to my ATP ride it said Multi, Single Commercial with Instrument and Rotorcraft - Helicopter with Instrument or something to that effect

Post ATP it says -
ATP - Airplane Multi Engine Land, CL65
Commercial - Airplane Single Engine Land; Rotorcraft-Helicopter; Instrument Helicopter

Should it also say Instrument Airplane under Commercial and how do I get this fixed ?

You have an ATP now. That requires a Comm with an instrument rating already. Sounds like it would be redundant. I think your license is correct as stated.
