The VOR/RNAV to the 13s isn't too bad, but once the ceiling goes < 1000 they tend to go to the ILS 13L which is a 4 hour GDP typically. 22L should reopen daytime only In June or July I think....

And when JFK goes to 13, it completely effs LGA, EWR, and TEB. Especially TEB.
