For years I've been telling students/ friends that everyone has a camera in their pocket and whether you like it or not you'll be filmed and put on social media so don't do anything dumb.
If fact, just yesterday I saw someone post a photo of flying with improper equipment according to 91.205 & 91.213.

You dont have to worry about all our "dumb" safety rules and just enjoy the freedom of flight "to the maximum"(..... all while endangering your life and the life or others.. )
I suspect whatever country they're in has regulations similar to ours in terms of buzzing large buildings. The primary difference is culture..

From what I've read, the country's version of the FAA found this video, and the pilot had actions taken against him, and the airplane was impounded.
