Hope you Delta guys like Incheon

Lucky bastards. Sometimes I kick myself for not going to the A330 so I can eat Korean BBQ on all the layovers.
Wouldnt they just call it "BBQ" there?
:D

I came off the 737 so I figured same MCP, same FMC, and Boeing logic. Training was just much easier and there was a person in my class who had some sort of Fifi craving. Lol

Hey, saw 590HA went PHX to MCI several weeks ago. Is that getting some kinda work done, or is the airplane done done?

Probably heavy C check. Mostly guys get called off reserve to do those SEA and MCI maintenance flights. N590HA and 592 are the newer HAL 767s. Not to be confused with 594HA, which is the oldest 767 in North America! It's really sad the 767 fleet is going away because it really is a nice enjoyable airplane to fly and the captains were all very laid back and cool. I wish we would just retrofit them with new interior and IFE and all it a day. But it seems HAL wants to go all Airbus "eventually". I may be bias but we have the best schedules at HAL. Only two trips (CTS and PPG) for red eyes and it's all day time west coast flying.

I saw that you resigned. Where did you go?

Until you depart to the north and forget to turn left on the departure procedure.

17 years ago, Two USN Hornets i was supposed to be controlling up in the DMZ never checked in with me, as they accidently flew north of the DMZ 45 miles into North Korea, spent time trying to contact me, and left back south again after hanging around up there for 15 mins. :)

I'd rather be in an F-18 lost up there than an airliner. Speed and defenses are a LITTLE better on a fighter.

How do you say "provoking imperialists" and "show of force with complete disregard for sovereign borders" in Korean? :)

I was stationed on an island just north of ICN and always got a good view of the airlines doing their left 270 to head East over Japan. Then there was the time the crazies up north painted the blackhawk we were in...story for NJC / Beers. I haven't had bulgogi in a while...or bibimbap, damn, now I'm hungry.
