Hey everyone
This is my very first topic in Jetcareers

I'm an GACA Aircraft dispatcher since 2015 Jeddah Saudi

I was glad got an way into to aviation and a very best job role and duties to handle.

the problem arise is i applied all the aviation companies Airlines in my country there is no room because there are limited amount of companies running which are that are full.So i decided to convert my GACA license to faa so i can expand my band to other regions to get easily recruited what could possibly way to convert my license easily To fAA

What does GACA stand for?

I am not an expert on license conversion, but there are probably programs out there that could help you. Perhaps you should check with the regulating authorities in the countries you might want to convert to, IE: FAA. JAA, NavCanda, etc.

I'm guessing that you'll likely need to do the written and practical for the FAA ADX, but that's really only one hurdle you'll have to jump. Far harder is finding an airline that is willing to sponsor you for your work visa to be employed in the United States. Have you been in touch with any of the airlines that are of interest to you?

GACA = General Authority civil aviation
this licence is only compatible in middle east i can hardly apply to airline or pravite aviation companies outside of middle east

I had applied many airlines in us even in Hawaii but i didn't got any response i was thinking due to my GACA (middle east) license which I'm holding

Best way to get an FAA license is to go through an FAA license program such as Sheffield. However that won't help you get a job with a US airline unless you have a legal right to work in the US (green card or citizenship.)

Well, I am not aware of a way to "convert" your license to an FAA one. The best way to get an FAA license, would be through an FAA-approved dispatcher course. Based on your experience, you may qualify to take an accelerated course, and you may be able to do some of it online. I would try looking up dispatcher schools online and contacting them directly for more information.
