Aren't most pro pilots supposed to wear clip/zipper ties for safety reasons?
They don't teach this in flight school..

I stick with the cargo shorts and flip flops. Almost getting too cold for cargo shorts though, will have to switch to ripped blue jeans soon. Floppy hats are good too. Especially for keeping the sun out of your eyes whilst taking a nap under one of the wings for shade.

I wear the clip on because it comes off the second I step on the airplane.

Ever since then, if I've been comfortable enough to unbutton the top button, I just take the tie off. If it's really too tight and uncomfortable then I need either a larger shirt or to lose some weight.

As a Chief Pilot of a small 135 company:
How not to sell yourself short or undercut other pilots for a job.
How to not pay for a job, and avoid training contracts
When leaving a small company, the etiquette of not bailing on them without notice when the first SJS job comes along (the reason companies create training contracts)
How pilots should stick together (so passengers do not go to mommy when daddy says no).
How jumping from job to job every six months is BAD for your resume.
Basic skills for writing Resumes
