Want ORD?I fear the -800 is in my future. Ugh
No, I want to stay in CLT and fly my little bus and live happily ever after!Want ORD?
Gotcha. Haven't heard the 737 CLT rumors yet.No, I want to stay in CLT and fly my little bus and live happily ever after!
Only a matter of time.Gotcha. Haven't heard the 737 CLT rumors yet.
Plus the poor copilot never knows who is digging through his bag back in the cabin.
If one is so inclined to wrestle with the greased pig, sure, two bags will fit.If I recall, yours don't have the secondary jumpseat. Is there not room underneath where that seat would be for 2 bags?

Just curious if you had a different setup than we did. My bag is permanently damaged from trying to fit 2 in there.
Sounds like we got the same setup.
I went to click like more as an acknowledgement that I read this. But I couldn't bring myself to "like" the 737 cockpit setup.
I understand. This is my safe space after the horror of flying the FLUF.

Here's a question.
What do you not like about the 757/767 cockpit itself? (considering nothing else...destinations, seniority, pay, all irrelevant)
I'm just curious about ergonomics, comfort, and things that you'd miss after going to something else. And, things that you don't miss.
Finally, like any airplane I've ever flown, there is no perfect solution for window shades if the sun is in the wrong place. You're just out of luck.
I currently carry a hat, sunscreen, two mesh screen unfoldable screens, a roll-on UV shade, and a roll of masking tape. So while the 757 detachable sun shade looks super hokey from my jumpseat observations, it also isn't any worse.
So cramped… so loud...
All these people bitching about the 737, realize half the forum flies the CRJ, or worse...
