Hello Delta Career Expo Attendees,
We are excited to meet everyone on Saturday and Sunday and wanted to share some helpful information to have a great time.
Tickets:
All Attendees must have their own tickets to gain entry to the Delta Air Lines Pilot Career Expo. The ticket can either be on your phone or printed. Please ensure your name is on the ticket and the name matches the name on your ID. Log-on to your TicketLeap account to change or add names. We will have the Attendee List at Check-In to cross reference. You will only be allowed into the event for the day your ticket specifies.
Entry:
All Attendees will have to go through Delta Security to gain access on property. You will need a valid ID that matches the name on the ticket. If you don’t have a ticket and your name is not on the list you will be turned away.
If you are Driving:
You will enter through the Delta Flight Museum Entrance located off of Woolman Place and parking is free. Once you park you will enter through the main Flight Museum Entrance and check-in at the registration desk. Please use the following address in your GPS:

If you are Walking:
You will enter through Delta’s Main Entrance off of Loop Road. You will enter through the pedestrian gate and show your ticket and ID to Delta Security. You will then walk through and make a left down the hill. The main Flight Museum Entrance is on the right-hand side and you will proceed to check-in at the registration desk. Please use the following address in your GPS:

If you are taking a Taxi / Uber / Lyft / Hotel Shuttle:
You will enter through Delta’s Main Entrance off of Loop Road. Your driver will pull through and stop at security to show your ID / Ticket. Once cleared, your driver will drop you off inside the gate and will have to turn around. You will then walk and make a left down the hill. The main Flight Museum Entrance is on the right-hand side and you will proceed to check-in at the registration desk. Please use the following address in your GPS:

Airport Shuttle Transportation:
If you stated you need transportation from / to the airport on your Recruiter Time Slot Day. You will be picked-up in a MTI shuttle with a sign on the window and windshield that states “Delta Pilot Career Expo Shuttle”. It will pick you up on the lower level outside door L1 by the Sky Cap Desk. You will be required to show your ticket and a government issued I.D. to ride the shuttle. The shuttle will drop you off at the entrance of the museum where you will proceed to check-in at the registration desk.
What to Expect:
We're really looking forward to getting to know all of you. Your time with a recruiter will be very much like what we do at other job fairs, so all we really need you to bring is your resume. In addition to your time slot with the recruiter, we want to give all of you a chance to get to know Delta a little better. We will have representatives, on both days of the career expo, from lots of different departments that work with our pilots, such as pilot training and network planning, amongst a number of others. They’ll be there to answer any questions you might have about what life for a Delta pilot is like. The time slot on your ticket is just what time you should come over to the recruiter area. We hope you’ll also take some time to enjoy our Flight Museum.

Had my slot today. Think it was good to put my face to my resumé. I only spent a few minutes with the recruiter as it looked like they were getting backed up. Thanks for the event and free burgers Delta!

AFAIK, it's the museum only. You have to go to the security shack and get a pass though. To see the rest of the campus, you'll need an employee friend to escort you around.
