Rockwell Collins Announces No Merit Raises Company Wide for 2016

They claim its due to a decrease in the business aviation market.
Must really suck for those at ARINC who were acquired by the monster that is Rockwell Collins.
Do yourself a favor and find a job at a regional. The experience at RC is not as valuable (part 91), too much corporate bs like endless computer based training, mid/year end reviews and meetings meetings meetings.
At least at most regionals you'll get a yearly raise, flight benefits and part 121 exp!
I would recommend PSA over RC/Arinc Direct if your goal is a gig at a major.

The problem I noticed in my short stay at arinc direct was that the percentage of raise you got was determined by how much time you spent out drinking with a certain group of stupes. At least the raises were fairly consistent though. Sucky news for the people still there who were actually worth a damn since it's so damn expensive in that area.

I noticed quite a bit of favortism myself. I've heard they also are changing rules with regards to vacation which is much more restrictive.
