Any one at EJM ? hard days off?

Managed or Charter? If its Charter, then they aren't required to give you anymore than the legal 13 days in a quarter. Managed could be anything from Zero to infinity. Not sure what the GOM states, but I had lunch with a Managed crew a few weeks ago and they were on the road for 24 days with no end in sight. Apparently thats the schedule the principle expects and it wasn't an unusually busy month for them

Charter... ...3 pilot rotation

Let me reach out and see what some charter guys say. A discussion with the principle on scheduling practices and expected QOL before the signing would be a huge step in the right direction. At least get him/her onboard with an idea of what the crews expectations are for time off and scheduling. EJM (Solairus/Gama as well) typically will adjust how they treat the crews if the owner has specific input on the matter
