Had an Atlas CA on the jumpseat the other day. He said they are already short 150 FOs on the 767 so he had no idea how they are planning to staff the Amazon flying.

Yet I've got a former co-worker who finished the type ride over 3 months ago on the 767 and hasn't started OE yet there.

Not sure where you can come up with the 150 FO number but sure. We're about 40% short on compensation, that'd solve most issues.
