Don't even bother. Do not touch this place with a 10 foot pole. For years myself and others tried to make this place great. For a time, it was a good place. Unfortunately that time has come and gone. Now expect to pay for training yourself and get reimbursed over time, assuming you want to stay. PM me for additional information if you wish.

Also, to give you an idea of how cheaply and poorly managed the DoM runs the in-house maintenance department, read the following NTSB report. The probable cause was recently issued in June:
