does envoy DXrs have easier path to get into AA ? or what is special in working for them ?

I'm not sure if there's anything special working for Envoy. What I do know, it's not a bad place to start your dispatch career.

Looks like the flying is coming back around with the new E175 fleet, and yes past hiring trends show a lot of dispatchers going to AA, plenty to WN.

Dispatchers at MQ use the exact same software as mainline guys, making the transition really smooth. MQ hires seem to comp out significantly sooner than folks coming from other shops just for that reason.
