It's like the miltary. Where "Officer/NCOs wives club" was changed to "....spouse's club"; though nothing ever changed with it, and I never saw civilian husbands taking part in any of the activities the club would do.

Though again, Ive never come across enough civilian husbands to see if they do the same.

Interestingly......when it comes to military marriages; the vast majority of military males, are married to civilian females. However, the vast majority of military females.....are married to other military males (active/retired); they're not remotely as much married to civilian (non-prior military) males.

Never have figured out why that is.

Holy Jeebus. I clicked on that and read a few articles on that website...it made me want to slam my head in a door. I don't even want to start with everything that annoys the ever loving crap out of me about that site.
