Hi All and Thanks in advance:
I am an ICAO licensed ADX I need to take FAA ADX . I am not US citizen and I am living outside of USA. I am planning to come to USA to take FAA ADX license. I am looking for alternatives to not to take part in FAA dispatch courses or at least to reduce the course.
according to "Experienced Aviation Personnel" rule mentioned below: is it possible to take FAA DX licence without taking part in any FAA dispatch course? How?

Part 65 CERTIFICATION: AIRMEN OTHER THAN FLIGHT CREWMEMBERS

Already I have talked to a school but even they are not willing to discount on the course saying that my license and experirnce are not FAA base. But I am not sure of thrm because they are after higher tuition fee.
in the country I live some day there was a 2 years experience base that dispatchers who have worked as an assistant could use thus rule to sit to write dispatch exam.
My question is, consudering the afore mentioned rule in my fist post is there a same rule to let me sit to write FAA dispatch exam or at least give me the right to reduce the course duration and fees?
I think your best option would be to talk to a couple of the schools and ask them.

I meant talk to some of the schools in the US. Sheffield, IFOD, or Jeppesen would be considered the top 3.

Another option is talking directly to the FAA. Since you didn't list the country you are in, not sure which FAA office would cover that area.

Hope that helps.

You are right, the FAA itself would be a good idea.
I am from Iran.
How about Pa Am international flight achademy. My rought study shows that I can save something around 1000$ in there.

As far as Pan Am Academy, I have no personal experience nor have I met anyone that attended. Sorry.

Supposedly the FAA has a representative in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Couldn't find an address or phone number.
Other wise you would have to contact them in Brussels

part 121

You can take the ADX (at any offered testing center) as many times as you'd like without the recommendation of a Dispatch school.

If you have any questions, let me know.

Best of luck.

I would contact that phone number or email address and tell them your situation. They should be able to advise you as to what is required to make this transition as taking the ADX Written Exam is only part of the puzzle.
