Bottom line both or regionals and are always hiring. I worked for Pinnacle before they became Endeavor. A regional is a regional and it is the best place to start. Regardless of where you go you are putting your dues in. As far as them hiring I can assure you that most regionals will hire dispatchers with little or no experience. Turn over rates are very high at the regional level so they are always hiring.

do they require experience?

do they require experience?

I recommend clicking links or tracking down the website (through this wonderful site called Google) for any respective air carrier posted on here and doing the research into what they require or prefer for their job openings. You gotta start doing the leg work now, because I can tell you that if you ever do get a license and go somewhere, no one is going to spoon feed you information all day, and you probably won't last long in this field...just saying.

CRM.... chill dude.

I could be wrong - Lord know I have been told that before more than once and by more than one person.

Interesting goings on there with Atlas buying them. Hope they don't get the bright idea to move operations to New York, but might want to put that possibility on the long range radar if you jump on the Southern thing. In terms of a growing airline though, Southern fits the bill! 10 year contract with DHL should keep the checks cashable...
