Can anyone reference the recent enforcement action the FAA took against a 135 operator and it's pilots for using "rolling rest?"

I have heard of such a thing happening, but it's always word of mouth. I, too, would like some verification.

At the 135 company I used to work for, we went from rolling rest to pre-assigned reserve periods, because the POI enforced the rules. He said it was a nationwide mandate, but you can throw a rock and hit 5 different 24 hour on call operators at the same field.
