Bose QC-15 with u-fly mic. Hard to beat the versatility of it and works pretty well in the 747 when you need assistance with deciphering Chinese or French ATC accents. I prefer the Telex 850 from a pure piloting standpoint, but it doesn't do anything for you outside the flight deck. I actually dislike bose in general for audio gear as I feel they're overpriced, but their noise cancelling technology is probably the best out there, and have to give credit where due when it comes to the QC-15.
I guess the QC-25 is a slightly better QC-15, but it looks like ufly doesn't have a mic for it yet, that's a shame.
I have carried both a telex 850 and a QC-15 together before just because I like the telex that much more on the flight deck, but for movies/television on deadheads the QC-15 is great. Unfortuantely I left my last pair of 850's in Angola and won't be back to retrieve them anytime soon, not that they wouldn't already have been disposed of long ago.
