AA/US-AW. Now the fun begins.

I this guy was hired post merger and is complaining? Am I missing something?
Basically he thinks since he was hired under the aa way that all the third listers prior to merger should be slotted in with him. Sad thing is I'm sure APA would do that if they could.

Oh so he wants to be senior to you and I. Gotcha.

I want to be a 777 captain out of Dfw.

It's only fitting he should be senior to new hires on the LUS side. I mean LUS was scraping the bottom of the barrel in 2012 and 2013. They hired only 27-year-old RJ FOs with less than 3000 hours (at 33, I was one of the younger ones in my class, all the civilians but one had been Captains for several years at their previous carriers and had over 6000 hours, we had several military pilots ranging from C-5/C-17 guys to 737s in the 89th). And we were all forced to fly the lowly 190 (only 3 190 slots in my class, rest of us went to the Bus). He's a 767 First Officer (BFD, I am, too). This is the mentality instilled in them at The AAcademy. I mean he passed though "The Doors."

Just to update everyone who enjoys this bit of theatre. The east committee wanted to delay the start of the hearings for six months. The arbitrators said no and everything will continue as scheduled.

Looks like nobody is going to stop this freight train. Good.

Either Kirby was lying on the phx base visit or the company was lying in their response letter to the arbitration panel about implementation timeline of the sli.

This list will collect dust once it's done with.....

The new seniority list proposals are out.
Americans list puts an AA pilot that was hired in 2013 ahead of a east 1987 A320 CA. They also suggest to staple all east guys with 27 years or less.

This should do the job of LAA losing all credibility with the arbitrators.

Are you sure it's a 2013 hire? Because that would be a constructive notice pilot which dont show on any of the 3 proposals.

Yup, It's to my understanding that AA had no off the street hires before that date. So is this a furloughed pilot that they placed him behind or a new hire off the street?

AA put the last pre merger (an off the street guy) AA pilot hired 12/2013 ahead of a 2004AWA and a 1987LUS guy. I believe LAA had 3-4 classes from 10/1 until 12/9. A combo of OTS and eagle flows.

It's most likely and Eagle flow who never put in any time at American until they started Indoc in late 2013. It's a huge staple job.

I forgot to count how many times I word "superior" was used in the briefs filed yesterday as compared to before.

We mock the supposed arrogance of Delta pilots, but they ain't got nothin' on a DFW nAAtive!

This proposal only solidifies just how far in the past the nAAtives down in DFW really are living.

Sorry, but I hope the arbitrators b**** slap their committee over this.
