SeaPort vs Regional(s)

I am set with PSA mainly because they seem to offer the easiest commute for me. I am unable to move towns due to wife's work, and honestly don't want to nice anywhere else. Hence my desire to work at a home based company. If I worked mainline American, the commute would still be there...but back to your question, PSA has about 7-8 flights from MEM and BNA to CLT and back. I could also drive to TYS if last resort, it's about 5hrs away.
There may be other regionals that I could commute to, but none seem to have the amount of company owned flights going to and from.

While commuting on your company's metal is easier this should not be your sole consideration in commuting. Especially with FFD carriers this can change at the drop of a hat. Heck, I rarely commute on my own company's metal.
Looking at passrider.com I see the following options, not in any order and this is by no means all-inclusive. I'm trying to keep it to commutes that are one leg and reasonable distance. Also understand that since MEM closed as a major base there are a good number of cummuters there. I just pulled these flights up today. Numbers may vary by day. Saturdays, for example, usually have fewer flights.

ATL- 11 flights
MSP- 3 (not very good)
DTW- 3
IAH- 6
DFW- 9
ORD- 10

From BNA:

ATL- 11
LGA- 13
DTW- 7
MSP- 5
STL- 2
ORD- 15
DFW- 12
IAH- 5

Finally, if your wife is working you need to have done this yesterday. Every day you put this off is another day of seniority lost.

@Blackhawk she is working full time. I "think" we will be good on the finances. Just have to watch things a little closer and probably won't be doing any weekend mini vacations anywhere for a while haha!
