Catering Truck vs Southwest 737

Judging by the size of that overturned truck in the freeze-frame at the start of the video, I'd imagine they'd have to have a fair amount of momentum to topple the truck over...I know the average speed I'd come into the gate at would probably just yaw the jet to the side of impact...certainly not clotheslining the vehicle with our wing and continue parking.

That's a lot of people in high-viz vests in that picture. Are any of them wing-walkers (or recently-fired wing walkers)?

Sounded more like it was during pushback rather than parking.

Gate lead didn't do his walk around and spot the fuel truck over the line, or someone that isn't good at pushing back steered into it. Yikes! Had one incident like this back when I worked there and it wasn't a fun time for anybody.

Oh yeah I remember seeing this at the Shriner circus as a kid. The VW Beetle would come out and make a couple of laps around the area, Bozo would forget to set the parking brake or accidentally tap against the elephant's pedestal or something. Then the fireworks would go off and ALL THE CLOWNS WOULD COME PILING OUT OF THE CLOWN CAR!

Kind of funny but when I watched the video it was proceeded by this ad.

Advertiser-supported news has these unfortunate adjacencies. Sort of like JetCareers (and others) and the recent flood of ads for regionals with flow-through, signing bonuses, SJS and more, right next to grumbling FOs complaining about their employers.

I recall being in the CBS-TV & Radio affiliate in Denver some years ago, and noticing a bulletin board memo. It automatically cancelled for X days, any ads for (the old) Frontier if there was a major airline accident any where in the US, and a longer Y days if Frontier had the accident. Kinda like painting out the logo on the aircraft's mangled carcass.
