Delta TA

No one would have cared what his opinion of the TA was except for his regular pontification on the subject. For someone that was so willing to tell the rest of us what was good for us and quite positive of the outcome, he is very absent from the post game discussion. If you're going to dish it out....

Atn offers a pragmatic view, and a union view. Maybe his tone sucks but there are more than one valid opinion on this matter.

Delta pilots got what they want, the majority want more than what the company was offered. The anecdotal amount of pilots on this board understand the risks of the no vote and stand behind it. You gotta be happy about that at least.

No one has a crystal ball, so it's impossible to say which side is right, but both sides appear factually correct so lets move on. This thread should have devolved into an intense discussion on Batman v Superman already, and all threads should merge into it. It's piss poor mod work as far as im concerned.

Latest trailer gives me a little bit more hope (or S if we're speaking Kryptonian), but I'm still a little shaky. It's become obvious they're not really using much of Frank Miller's story arc other than maybe the fight scene. At least we know WHY Batman wants to kill Superman now.....

I from what i saw in the trailer we are seeing a different stimulus that spurs Batmans return but I like what im seeing so far because, spoiler spoiler spoiler.

Ughh this is killing me. New site terms of agreement, you must either read or reread dark knight returns to access JC.

Supermans reckless thuggery must be stopped after destroying metropolis, that was the biggest hanging chad on the last movie and it makes sense to bring in the Bats to address the illegal alien issue :).

Merge all threads into this one and GO! The fanboy in me is hyperventilating, the adult in me is palming the wallet, "take my money!"
 
Dark Knight Returns. Great read.

Watchmen? Very slightly overrated, but also a great read. Loved the movie.

Me? I'm a huge GL fan. What Geoff Johns did with the book was nothing short of full awesomeness. Green Lantern Rebirth was one of the best reads ever.

Lose the fear, gain some will, and even the smallest trinket becomes the greatest power in the universe. I especially liked the Rayner storyline. Test pilot and a type personality? Easy for Hal to be fearless. It was a much longer road for Kyle to travel, and alone, to boot. But like Doctor Who, everyone has their favorite.

Isn't it the opposite of that, though?

The 190s aren't shiny or new. Why would anyone think that existing Delta pilots would be enthused about bringing them on to property, outside of the possible opportunities for lower seniority Captain slots, or ideologically being excited about bringing regional flying back to mainline?

Obviously Steve is going to have an answer on the 190, but I can tell you we were doing DFW-LGA and currently do stuff from LAX out to Texas and Kansas City.

Soon Seattle to Fairbanks.

The 190-E2's should be able to do LAX to EWR no problem.

The 170/190 series has some legs.
