I really wasn't captain more than a few weeks at my last gig, but you build a "Good Captain Book" and a "Bad Captain Book" and you'll find yourself mimicking what you'll see in the "Good Captain Book" and referencing the "Bad Captain Book" to see if you're displaying any of those traits.

Yep! We label the flight deck positions as Captain and First Officer....not 'A' and 'B'.

Too funny. I've only had one guy do that and I thought it was weird, but I filed it away in my "Good Captain" mental notebook anyway.

But then again, I LIKE going outside in the rain. Old habits die hard, I guess, and my fat, old arse needs as many extra steps in the day as I can muster.

I also wear my hat without a blazer and look damn sexy doing it.
