I never blamed DL UA etc for my wages at RAH. Perhaps you have an argument if you work for a WO but otherwise I don't see it.
Neither did I.
They are grasping for arguments here trying to defend the ME3.

I'm not in any way defending M3. I was responding to your statement about regionals in this country. Nor should any one "blame" the major for their salary. People take the job and know the pay scales. However the majors are most certainly making money of the backs of their contact labor. The same way any American company who takes their manufacturing overseas. The regionals are the Nike sweatshop in Vietnam, the regional "partners" just happen to exist in the same country as the company doing the outsourcing. There is a big difference between generating revenue on an airplane with 100+ seats than there is from 50-76.
Simple math.

Oh sweet, so regional peeps should be paid the same as mainline peeps? They are both generating revenue for thier parent company, right? It's weird how the music changes when one gets a major job. I forgot, it's being "adjusted at the regional level". Riiiiight.
UA, DL, AA and US making money off the backs of regional pilots is probably the most honest thing I've read on here. Hardly "disingenuous".
I fully agree with this. I was responding to what seggy said about US mainline pay and regional pay. Not defending Middle East carriers in any way. I'm all for not alowing them in the U.S.Keep in mind that if we allow SOCs unfettered access to the US market, by the way it was explained to me, the very first causalities will be the US regionals. and freight.

Motor oil. You meant to say, "Employees are motor oil." Amirite @WacoFan?
Kind of sounds like what I said... but without the mass pants wetting from the gallery/staff, etc.
Maybe people overlooked what I was trying to impart in that post because I invoked fossil fuels? Because global warming. Or climate change. Whichever.
I think it might have had something to do with your comparing people to inanimate material.
You failed.![]()
