Imminent Strike at G4

Hey... Ethan. Do you want to get leid?

See, we can both do puns, well.

I think if this legal action got the company dealing with the pilot group sooner then it's a win for labor. Sometimes you need to get their attention. The article above says they did.
The article might say they did, but talking to friends at G4 it hasn't. Management has always been good, about looking like the good guys to the media.

Didn't happen... got it. Although the judge specifically said our path to a strike was legal and valid. He just didn't allow us to walk and felt we needed to continue negotiating. We actually did win some victories in the courtroom including getting our disability back.

I've literally been without Internet or any tech at all for the past three weeks. I'm not fully caught up with the emails and conf call but will be up to speed by next week.

Hypothetically even if one judge ruled it was "OK", which I am not even sure occured, you have to understand that for better or for worse the NMB doesn't care. Well, perhaps that is a bit strong to say... maybe what is better to say is that they are unlikely to look favorably upon anything that is outside of their process, and they have memories. So, hypothetically, if a federal district judge allowed you to strike this once... great, but you're basically jabbing a finger in the eye of the organization you'll still have to deal with, well, forever... and that's not even including if a different judge later decides the first one was wrong, which happens all the freaking time.
