They're installing them. It is very expensive so most don't get them.

It isn't an option for the 300 or 100 for that matter. I am going to initial right now, you cannot get TRs. If you could, my company would be buying them.

Relax buddy. I'm just stating what I was told at CAE last month when I got the type. I'll do some digging but from what I was told, it was given to our company as an option by Embraer because we are the highest time Phenom company in the world. Embraer uses our operation for lots of questions to be answered. We turned it down because it would have increased the purchase price by 20-30%.

My guess is the option is not even on the table for operations with 1 or 2 airplanes.

I can only guess you are talking about JS. At my company, we have more Phenom 300s on property than any other operator on the planet, we were the launch customer for the 300, and we have options to buy over 100, with about 35 on property right now. In fact they make us a custom model. We could have had anything we wanted installed, and with the history of Phenom 100/300 brakes, they would have jumped on a TR option in a heartbeat.

There's not any talk of retrofitting TRs for the P300. Boards are now an option/SB for the P100; they come standard on the 300. Honestly, with the big carbon brakes, the 300 doesn't really need the reversers.
