Hi, i got a question, i would like to be an airline pilot but i got 40 year old, i would like to be flying cessna caraban just small airplane like that but i want to start as soon as possible but i need your help where to go or how to do it, talking about shool, my health is ok and iam from kissimme, fl thanks and happy new year
 
@Eliezer Morales , Why not do a search? When I joined this site in 2003 (in the middle of the night) by morning I had found enough information to have a plan on how to get it done! If you take some initiative and do some of your own work, you will find a rich community here of people willing to help you as you develop your career.

Frankly, initiative and perseverance will be critical to your being able to achieve your stated goal.

So:
Research this site...do a search of things you're curious about. This will give you more questions you can research and learn about. Search that stuff too, then come and ask some questions as if you really are interested in this as a career.

I have huge amounts of respect for the foreign crews who learn English just to be able to fly airplanes. I used to be fluent in German, but I'd be all kinds of uncomfortable flying into FRA and having to speak German.

We're a better group than this.
 
Hey, @Eliezer Morales, myself and a couple of others live in the Jacksonville area. We are more than willing to have a round table to help you figure out where to go. We need to get another northeast Florida get together going anyways, so let me know if you are interested. I know one of the guys will be in initial training at a regional, but I will post as the time comes closer to my go home day and see if anybody is around. I'm sure there are people here in the Orlando area also who would be willing to help out...right, CFI forums??

Don't mind the guys above who haven't been laid in a long time...it's unfortunate for them, but they have a bunch of built up sexual repression. You remember your youth, right? :D

If he didn't have a sense of entitlement after waiting a whole THREE HOURS and not getting an answer to the most general and often asked question in the world, then we probably wouldn't have made fun of his subpar language skills.
 
For starters, here on the Internet, we can be critical of those in need who cannot get the spelling of their location correct. But, I'd love to help...
