Eaglevoy new TA

Ray's ego is too big to ever admit he was wrong. He finally realized what some of us already knew a year ago, which is why he is now supporting this contract. But it will be a cold day in hell before he ever admits he was ever wrong.

Thus, he is attempting to rationalize the NO vote in March in any which way he can. I mean, seriously? There were no airlines who could staff our flying in March but now there is???? WTF?? It was plain to see even back in March that other airlines had no staffing issues. It didn't take a rocket scientist to realize that our flying could be chopped up and given away to 3 or 4 different carriers. I personally repeated both those points over and over only to be attacked by the usual Eagle Lounge mafia with Ray as their Don.

It pisses me off to no end watching him cover his tracks now. I"m talking about "chucking furniture out a window" angry. BUT, at the same time we need this deal to pass. I don't give two-you know whats-about Ray. This is about Envoy, all the employees who work at this company, our families, and our long term career potential. We need to this TA to pass to secure all of that. Those who work at Envoy or are close enough know that Ray has his sheep. They will bow their heads and follow his direction. The worse thing that can happen now is for Ray to flip and be against this deal. Luckily it closes on the 23rd so there isn't enough time, but you never know. Once this TA is ratified everyone here who works at Envoy is free to PM me and I will lead the charge against Ray. Promise.

It's definitely frustrating. I'm not sure if he truly is Mason or not, since there is no real proof I decided to let that slide. Everything else though is extremely disheartening.

Ray is 32nd degree Mason or at least claims he is. If you read Mason's first 10-15 you realize he is a Eagle FO based in BOS. @surreal1221 based on what you might know or not know, would someone in thier late 30s early 40s be able to reach 32nd degree Mason?

Is the Envoy MEC really telling people that the Compass deal is short term? 6 years with additional 4 total years of extensions doesn't sound too short term to me. Keep hearing that one...
Short term and you can't staff them to the point you are going to have to delay the start date of the flying. Yea, I can't get out of this place fast enough.

Recall him? Hell, these idiots love him. They would make him the MEC chair if they could. I was joking with my CA today, that if Ray's wife left him, he would have a long line of guys willing to blow him.

That's rich. And most likely true. I thought you were leaving the regionals, moving on to bigger and better things?

Yes, he could be a 32nd degree mason at that age.

The latest rumor is you are turning back Delta hours to make sure you are staffed for the AA flying. There is a reason some guys are lifers at the regionals.

Aroo? Quote the wrong person? I am unaware of any rumors of us getting additional AA flying (and having to turn back Delta hours) other than the 4 routes (or something like that) we do out of ORD that are all pro rate.

I am a Eagle pilot till the day I fly my last trip. My time left is short, still waiting on a class date.

Hope it happens soon! I thought you already had one on Dec 1st. Like you said, your time left there is short, here's hoping your date comes soon!

Yes.

Ahhh... a Mason. This must all be some sore of an Illuminati ploy.

It makes sense now.
