Eaglevoy new TA

Im probably in the minority, but im OK with that Payrate for the E190. THe ugly truth is, the more expensive it gets, the less likely they are to add to the fleet type. And instead of getting more E190s (or getting rid of them) youll see republic and Envoy flying E175s (with capts making about $80/hr).

Then they need to park them.
Delta can have a group 1 a/c that pay 170 hr for captains, why can't we?

Not sure why we agreed to the loss of profit sharing. It's like the guy that sold his 10% of Apple for $800 bucks. Not a good call.
As far as young upgrades... You should throw in an app derg.... You'd probably be a 330/777CA here before guard police central.
;)
I can tell you exactly why. APA never had it, so they didn't see the value.

I think the cost effectiveness line is more blurred between a 76/80 seat just and a 99 seat stretch version of the same plane. a 76 seat CRJ9 and a 110 Seat 717 are a different product all together.

Yes it matters, Ray, Sam and Herb are part of the reason I am stuck as a FO. They messed up and need to be held accountable for it.

I'm also wondering why those 3 seem to be all about this TA, but were hell no's to the previous TA's. I think Ray only cares because he got his "improved" flow, because most know that he can't get hired at a legacy airline, so he needs his flow to move on. (My opinion only - but it doesn't look good to HR at mainline when he failed captain upgrade once or twice - can't remember his number).

Also, I thought you were moving on from Eagle?

Well either way scooter said if we don't get more soon they will park them. They don't know what they want to do with the 190.

HA. Because management MADE them agree to endorse this deal. Why would they do that, do you think?

Delta doesn't have a Group 1 aircraft.

I was scratching my head on that one too.

Maybe it's like the time that someone on one of the pilot spouse facebook group (oh yay) was swearing SouthernJets has a regular line guarantee because of what she read on APC! :)

"I assure you I can drop to zero and get paid, well, $0"

Isn't the 717 considered Group 1?

I guess. For us it isn't because we operate ours with 123 seats in some and 118 is others (and a few with 115). Over the next year the entire fleet will be transitioned to 128 seats. Upon checking, I see Delta operates theirs with 110 seats so for them it is.
