Impromptu concert at the Smithsonian

Except strings and vocals aren't part of a band... And last years video was better... :-)

That is awesome. I really love military bands. In parades, at bases, in concert, at air shows, special events, just anywhere....I am a huge sap for Military bands. Out here we are fortunate enough to have one of the finest IMO, the US Marine Corp West Coast Band, and man, I never get tired of seeing or hearing them. Always gives me a feeling of pride and admiration.

From the signal corps drummers in the Revolutionary War,to the Civil War, to the full brass bands of WWII, it's the history, the tradition and the honor of our military that just gives me such a thrill.

Here they are at this year's Rose Bowl Parade. The crowd just goes crazy for them.

Here is the incredible US Army Band.

If you're ever in Minnesota let me know. Gladly give you a tour of our band facilities with the 34th ID

Is that the Red Bulls then? Man, what a history the 34th has. Are you in the Guard? Thank you for the offer.

College Park. Entered at PALEO exited at WOOLY. Super easy. Missed the Band by 20 minutes or so.

Nice. I'm waiting on the rest of my paperwork to go through to get the PIN so I can operate out of VKX.

Is your plane IFR Certified?
