What have you done to further your career today?

Current Career - showed up for work (at my desk in my house, ha ha) and planned travel to WV to work a couple of fairly large deals - one of which that, if it comes through, could very likely pay for all the rest of my IR training and a good chunk of the IR.

Yet-to-be-Determined Career - grinding my teeth through the King Schools Cessna Online Material. May decide to do a different IR ground school again just for a different perspective.

No....i believe in stabilized approaches.....I don't believe in over reliance on automation. You can still fly a stabilized approach without any of that garbage. But it doesn't matter now lol as of a couple days ago moved onto a non flying job with the state department of emergency management back in my old line of work.

I'm a slacker so not a single thing...

Well except I sold my floor standing speakers and will be closing a deal on my Bar Globe (hola profit and flying cash). Also sold for flying cash some vintage MP3 players and some iPad parts.

I'm also applying for a better paying job with more time off. So that's what I'm doing for flying cash.

Actual flying wise sorting through a ton of stuff that @Hacker15e sent me. I'd like to get some flying in this weekend so knock on wood (or particle board) that it happens.

I'm sure Alaska air transit likes you to fly stabilized approaches in the van though lol

Uhh yeah they very much do. Though I don't work there anymore, but yeah they really want stabilized approaches there - that's how you make good landings, and I believe it too.
