Wiggins is an operation so close to AMF. They operate a bunch of the same aircraft too (as far as I can remember) so it is a good move to acquire those aircraft and runs.

Topic ideas include: seniority list merger fights, the name of the combined company is going to be Wiggiflight or Amerigins, or maybe we can update an old one and say that AMF is buying Great Lakes as well to use their 121 certificate to buy CRJ-200's

AMF will be operating a fleet of Super Constellations. The Super Connies will be retrofitted with Garrett engines, thus making them Super Metros.

I'm not sure I believe that Ameriflight is getting the FedEx side of Wiggins, but it wouldn't surprise me if they got the UPS side. I'll be curious to see if they keep the EMB-110's.

The Caravans are all a FedEx operation, AFAIK, which means they don't own the planes, just lease them from FedEx

We make a bit more but we get to keep our pay and date of hire. Mind you average tenure at Wiggins is 7 years.
