You mean that's not how you are suppose to do it?I guess the people that purchase knee defenders are the ones that try to stanchion-off about twenty square feet at an outdoor concert.

Here's another one Wednesday night:
AA62 MIA-CDG diverted to ORD after the seat reclinee went ballistic. He grabbed a crewmember by the arm and that's when the air marshals put him in handcuffs.

Said the passenger boarding the TitanicReason #212 I hate flying on airliners. It's only a necessary evil.
I don't how you guys travel in uniform..."Ohhh UR A PILOT?""
It's terrible.
People will passively talk to you and ask you all sorts of customer service questions. How high, fast and where we're flying, if they're going to be able to make a 12 minute connection from T4 to T1 in JFK because "It was cheaper on Orbitz" and my favorite:
"Oh, my wife's cousin's neighbor is a pilot for American. His name is John, he was in the Navy, do you know him?"
"Do you have a last name?"
"Naw, he was a fighter pilot. Maybe 6'2 with red hair"

Convenience. Why do guys travel in uniform? Is it a requirement? Or is it just convenient rather than in shirt and tie? If only to avoid this kind of annoying stuff, as well as keep some semblance of operational security, I'd think.
